[Magdalen] Meatless, but definitely NOT penitential

Our group of four goes out for a pint after running the Food Bank on
Tuesdays and they are all giving up alcohol for Lent and one who is
vegetarian is going vegan. They've already said they'll sit and watch
me. I used to do all this so strictly and am now an elderly backslider. :-(
