[Magdalen] Human Resources (was Re: Lottery tickets)

Don't get me started on the fact that (at least where I work) HR has
absorbed Payroll which used to be part of Accounting. The HR folks know
even less about accounting than the payroll folks do. As the Senior
Accountant I am constantly on the lookout for discrepancies.
