Another composer who is remembered for just one composition,
is Paul Manz, an American.  The outstanding composition was the
memorable "E'en so, Lord Jesus Quickly Come" an advent motet
for which his wife assembled the scriptural text.
 
He composed other choral and organ pieces, but it's the above
anthem that everyone remembers.
