Here's a graph from The Economist I got today showing (more or less) when 
Dem & Rep primaries & caucuses are held, and who has how many delegates. If 
you're not a subscriber, you may or may not be able to view it (didn't ask 
me to log in, so hopefully you can see it).

Also just got an email from Vermont Public Radio with their poll, showing 
Bernie over Hillary by 76% to 13% in Vermont - which is actually an 
improvement for Hillary. Trump leads on the Rep. side, followed by Rubio & 
Kasich ties. However, they only got ~150 folks who said they were going to 
vote in the Rep. primary (~800 in the Dem.), so that could be fuzzy.
