[Magdalen] listgive touchdown!

One year I didn't make the cut to get a donee. I was very disappointed. To my great surprise, I received a listgiv from a very thoughtful person.

This year I sent my gift after Christmas but during the Comites Christi days. One should have arrived almost immediately; the other may still be winging its way across potential or actual tundra near the Great Lakes.

Mine arrived from Scranton a few days ago and is still under the tree. Sometime between Russian Christmas and the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord; gifts are put away, but the decorations remain up close to Candlemas.

This year The Encounter is close to the beginning of Great Lent for those who follow the Western Computation of Pascha
