[Magdalen] oldest restaurants in Chicago

I always have looked upon the Italian Village as the ideal Italian
restaurant.  Indeed, its extensive menu seems to bear that out.  
My memories of eating there are of elegant dinners without the
ubiquitous tomato sauce usually associated with Italian cuisine.
Indeed, a cursory examination of the current menu shows at least
half the items NOT containing tomatoes.
