There's the Episcopal Ordo Kalendar and then there's the Churchman's
Ordo Kalendar; the latter is still done by Bishop Yingling of a
non-TEC denomination. We tend to use that one, as it gives more
Anglo-Catholic additions and things like Rose color. What's official
right now is Lesser Feasts & Fasts 2006 (although I don't know about
the commemorations in that book that are in brackets). Use of anything
else is optional and additional and unofficial (even HWHM and the new
Big Book of Feasts).
