I was tempted to think so, but they had working walkie-talkies that
blurted every so often, and the cop would cock his head to hear what
was said. They seemed to be escorting the young couple, and now I'm
dying to know who they were or why they needed escorting by four cops.

Wouldn't be surprised to see more extras, though, with the several
"Chicago _____" series going on, like Chicago Fire and Chicago Med.
