One of my friends, a woman completely freaked out by the Holocaust,
was randomly assigned the license plate

She demanded that it be changed, fearing she'd be targeted.

Vanity plates are commonly seen in New Hampshire. There's always an effort
to catch misuse, but they missed one fellow's license plate: 4Q.
Finally caught on when his mother requested 4Q2.
