through next Monday (7/11). We've got big changes coming in
preparation for spinning off our part of the company to merge with a
competitor (CSC, Computer Sciences Corp.) and I pray the group I work
in will not be badly affected (as in layoffs). Been through this
before; our group has been valuable to winning big contracts and may
well be valued in the new company, but as is always the case, anything
can happen, and nothing's guaranteed.
