[Magdalen] Whine

[Susan Hagen]

The water heater heats but it does not flow.  I have it running now,
enough to wash dinner dishes but don't want to have it shut off in the
middle of a shower.  The plumber is lined up for tomorrow.  I didn't
want to pay for another emergency (read weekend) call at overtime
rates.
