[Magdalen] Marriage equality ACTUALLY PASSES first reading

The names of those voting for and against were released and in counting,
it was noticed that one clergy person's vote was recorded, but he was
not included in the count of clergy.

With his vote included, the order of clergy also reached the two-thirds
majority and, almost 18 hours after the original vote, it was declared
that the motion had passed.

So, it will be discussed and studied in the next triennium and will come
up for second reading at General Synod 2019.

I am reminded of the saying of not wanting to see legislation made.
