My cocktail is ibuprofen and vicodin.  The ibu NEEDS to be liqui-gels, so they dissolve immediately and "prep" the system, as it were, for the vicodin to follow.  And I can't emphasise enough how seldom I use it.  This morning I used it, and said cocktail in conjunction with a mild cup of coffee, did the job.  Makes me feel like I'm walking on air (quite a feat [sic] for my feet [sic]), so I always remind myself it'll be a while before I, shall we say, indulge again.

Forgot to ask for more today (I always forget something), but doc's good for responding to friendly faxes asking for perfectly acceptable things.
