Just FYI, caffeine potentiates (kicks into gear) many drugs, including
ibuprofen *and* hydrocodone. So there you are.

That's why the old painkiller used to be APC tabs--aspirin, phenacetin and
caffeine. And why, before I discovered Excedrin Migraine (which IIRC is
some witch's brew of acetaminophen and ibuprofen with caffeine) my
sovereign migraine remedy was 2 extra-strength Tylenol, a Benadryl, a Coke
or some coffee, and bed with a pillow over my head. However, now I take
something to prevent those and haven't had one in about 3 years.
