[Magdalen] Today, PCP appt.

What knocks out my severe sinus headaches (TBTG much less frequent
than they used to be) is two pseudoephedrine tabs, three Excedrin
capsules (aspirin + acetominophen + caffeine), and a nap. After that I
feel born again.
