Ha!  I'll put that in reserve in case I need it.
 
Several years ago we were spared serious mutilation from
the crew because they were all Hispanic, and Wilfred charmed
them in Spanish to keep the cutting to a minimum.  I hope this
crew is Hispanic so Wilfred can try the same technique.
