Wheat actually does have flavor.  I'm not thoroughly convinced it tastes like wheat, though.

I mentioned I don't like flatbread because I prefer cold sandwiches, and Jay said I could just have the bread toasted.  True, but by the time I get around to eating it, it's cold again, and flatbread sucks when cold.  Plus, a hybrid isn't actually a cold sandwich.
