[Magdalen] RAM final stats

Congratulations to you and Grace for taking part in this stellar event.

I don't begin to understand how things work down there, but with a crazy 
Congress blocking everything, how can a person get anything done?  Even 
the President -- especially the President. if he isn't of the party 
controlling Congress?  As we've seen for the last eight years.  And 
those people have the brass neck to blame him for everything that hasn't 
got done!

So, in practical terms, how will writing to Hillary make a difference?
