People I love and respect are inexplicably (and apparently unmovably)
committed to Trump, enough to post things promoting him on Facebook. I
don't even want to get started arguing with them about why, but it's
terribly discouraging and makes me wonder what about them moves them
in that way. It's like meeting someone you really find wonderful and
then finding out they've got a dark, repulsive habit.
