I had a colonoscopy some years ago and I remember taking the drink and then not eating or drinking coffee except some broth or juice until I got home or the procedure was over. I don't remember getting up unusually early to finish the process

The instruction for the 64 ounces of whoosh stuff is to drink half of it at 5:00 pm the night before (appt is Saturday 8:00 am), and the remaining half "4 hours before the appointment", meaning 4:00 am. Do the experienced folk here think that time frame (5:00 pm, 4:00 am, 8:00 am) a proper one? Seems a bit telescoped (ahem) to me, but unless I hear back from them, or you guys, to the contrary, I'm prepared to follow instructions to a T.
