Lynn, I am sorry you are having to go through all this. My aunt's estate
took over a year to finalize due to her lack of knowledge about alternate
executors. My in laws divested themselves of all property when they moved
to Alabama making probate unnecessary.
The only $ was divided as per stipulation of the trust. Hubby and I will do
the same so there is no need for attorney or probate I hope.
