On the subject of rhubarb pie, let me warn tempted shoppers.
 
Sam's (the Wal Mart chain) offers rhubarb pie every spring.  I
bought a pie on two successive springs, and it was the same:   The
pie consisted of tough rhubarb stems, and the pies were absolutely
inedible.  I can't imagine how Sam's could goof so badly.
