Umm.  No comment on allergy blood testing.
 
Be sure that you see a full time allergist, and not an ENT specialist  who
does allergy on the side.
 
There are some allergy locations that do the skin testing, and  then there 
is
a regimen of liquid drops taken by mouth for whatever is found on  testing.
IMHO this is far inferior to standard allergy shots.  I would check in  
advance
to make sure your allergist isn't into oral drops.
