We went to the local best restaurant, the Eveready, a diner that serves
delightful food, and has a really wonderful staff. We usually get breakfast
there, so we know the folks on that shift and practically nobody on the
evening shift, but the service is always tops.

My beloved had her favorite, the herb crusted salmon, while I got the
seafood combo (stuffed shrimp, stuffed fish of some kind, scallops with
rice and nicely done vegetables. We will enjoy these fine dinners again as
the portions are generous.
