[Magdalen] Private-ish repository for vestry documents?

Thanks. Looks like I might use Dropbox, although I want someone on the
staff to set up a Dropbox account tied to a parish email address (like
that of the parish administrator). Until then, it'll be my Dropbox
account hosting a shared folder.
I really hope and pray for some tech savvy to arrive at our parish
with newcomers. I'm not really a guru but apparently have the most
Internet know-how. Or others who also have the skills are wisely
keeping them under wraps?
