[Magdalen] Private-ish repository for vestry documents?

That's more than "a bit" of effort for most people who would be driving 
in from somewhere and taking time from a workday.

I can understand not plastering a front page with them; most are boring 
and very poorly written. But why make it so difficult? What's to be kept 
under such wraps?
