Word Processing programs (MSWord, WordPerfect) have a booklet setting which
will put the pages in the proper place for printing. IIRC correctly, it's a
lot less intuitive in MSWord than in WordPerfect - a book covering the
program, or, failing that, a Google search, should tell you how to do it.

Fr Ian, are you having trouble with page imposition: having the
printer place the pages correctly so when you fold the sheets it works
as a booklet?
If so, this may be controlled by the printer driver you are using.
Some won't do this at all. If you have a Print to PDF driver, it may
have a Booklet layout choice. Then you can print to a PDF and then
print the PDF to your printer.
My printer's driver lets me go to Printer Properties, then click the
Finishing tab, then specify a Booklet Layout.
