It might as well be March here in NE Pennsylvania, USA.  One cool to  cold
day after another, with much rain and fog has been typical, and it will go  
on
for much of this coming week.  
 
There are daytime highs about 50 F, and night time lows in the upper  30's 
F.
 
The only good thing is that it is stretching out the spring floral displays 
 and
they are glorious to behold.
 
Nonetheless, Saturday's predicted high in the 70's will be much  welcome.
