Many states, particularly those run by Republicans, have cut early voting
hours, closed polling places, and made absentee voting more difficult, all
in the name of combatting that nonexistent bogeyman "voter fraud". In
reality, it makes it more difficult for registered voters to exercise their
constitutional right.
