[Magdalen] Medical update (& honestly, getting' a little scary).

I find I have these open sores on my leg and have no idea where they come
from.  I assume it's from using the stairs and brushing the leg against the
front of the stairs.  It's a bit unnerving, even if they do heal after a
month or so.

None of us heal as well as we used to, and the legs seem to be a real (wait
for it!) Achilles heel for us.
