[Magdalen] Sex determination (was something else)

According to my 23andme report, I have 311 "Neanderthal variants" in my DNA. 
Highest they've seen is 387. This amounts to <4% of my DNA. The majority of 
my ancestors are from Germany, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
