As a Royal watcher, it warms my heart that the Queen (Elizabeth II)
takes communion today, along with the other traditional Christmas
and Easter communions.  
 
It is interesting that the titular Defender of the Faith should stick  to
just the bare minimum to maintain active membership in the Church,
but there it is.
