Never ever _iceberg lettuce_.  No flavor, no nutrition.  Roma tomatoes, 
absolutely.  People say they're for making tomato paste, but the thing 
there is not much juice (water) in them.  With more standard tomatoes, 
you get liquid running down between your fingers and down your arms!
