[Magdalen] Two things I love about Election Eve 2016...

My quick Google suggests that Virginia law bans activities within 40
feet of each entrance to the polling place, and allows some latitude for
a couple of exceptions (including where you enter from another building,
or if putting the 40' zone outside the building would hinder or delay a
voter from entering or leaving the building).
