I find it hard to think of grounds to do that. Mike Pence is now leading 
the transition team, and is far more qualified to do that than Mr Trump 
is. He can provide a daily update on that situation in under an hour, 
leaving plenty of time for the principal to attend to the case. It would 
be better to have the case determined before Inauguration Day as 
otherwise you are going to either have the President giving evidence or 
postpone the case until he is no longer in office.
