15 minutes is only a spit more than 10.  Speaking as one who until this 
year has driven at least 30 minutes on 401 to get to this church or that 
church, don't put obstacles in your way before you've even been offered 
the job!  Fortune favours the brave! Seize the day!  Strike while the 
iron's hot!  He who hesitates is lost.  What more can I say?
