We have been watching. Earlier in the week, it looked like we might get
hit pretty directly. We'd considered the possibility evacuation, but
delayed planning until after H's midterms and until it was clearer where
the storm would go. (At the point we first discussed this, the cone was
wide enough that we'd have to drive almost to Kentucky to be outside of
it, but we knew that the cone would narrow as the storm approached.)

Since then, however, the forecast track has Matthew curving out to sea
before it gets here, and we are not inside the forecast cone at all.

We are still watching, but hoping that the encouraging signs turn out to
be true.
