This is a terribly sad situation.  I'm sure every avenue is being looked
at, and it's hard.  Parishes cannot move to where they might be a better
fit (the People can conceivably, but leaving the building is just
heartbreaking, no matter how you slice it, and usually the people are not
of one mind, so the move doesn't work out for a variety of reasons)
I'll pray for your job prospects.
