[Magdalen] Coffee Cups vs Wine Glasses

Few people would drink red wine Cold.  The flavour(s)  could not develop 
at all, so why bother at all.  Some red wines MAY be a little better 
with a Slight chill, such as David describes, to tame some less pleasant 
aspects.
