Do Canadians use the standard British handling of flatware/silverware?
I'm referring to the placing of a fork inverted with the left hand, and
then
the right hand is used to position/impale (a friend calls it "shoveling")
food
unto the fork which is then guided into the mouth?
Or do Canadians join with the USA to cut food with the fork inverted by
the left hand but then switch to the right hand to guide the food laden
fork into the mouth, all the while dropping the left hand into the lap (to
"hold
on to a loaded gun?")?
