Not to tune a ukulele.
 
In this case, my dog has fleas - really and unfortunately.
 
Not only the six dogs are infested lightly, but the three cats in
the lower level of my house are heavily infested.
 
It's been 15 years since we've dealt with fleas here.
 
The dogs have had their oral medication, but this is not available
for the cats.
 
I've had periodic Erlich pest control for years.  In fact they  have
an automatic payment via my checking account.   However, I
was unable to speak to a live person to have them come by and
do the necessary spraying, despite calling various numbers a
half dozen times yesterday.  Finally, at 8:30 PM I got a call  back
from Erlich with an amazingly unhelpful and unsympathetic tone,
and I made up my mind then and there to change over to Orkin.
 
Finally, today, after Orkin had already been here and sprayed, there
was a somewhat apologetic return from Erlich.  I explained that  after
twenty years with them, I was so disappointed with their service
I was doing the switch to Orkin.
 
Orkin has live persons available for consultation.  I hate it when  there
are telephone loops.
