I know Joe.  But Jim's story seemed to show that St Bede's "just did it".  I simply want to know why.  If they even know.  (Not everyone knows the detailed history.  And to put that on an ordinary parish is just fine, ... with some explanation.  Without said explanation, it's just doin' it.  Why?)
