> First of all, they provide free batteries for the life of the hearing aids. They've checked in with me every six months to remind me that I can come in for a free cleaning or to tell me that I'm due for an annual hearing reevaluation. But Monday I was really blown away when they called to tell me that the warranty will expire in about three weeks. I expected the next sentence would offer to let me buy an extension to the warranty...
> But no...they said if I want them to, they will send the aids in to the company so anything that might need to be repaired or replaced can be done under the warranty! During the week or so that that will take, I can use a loaner pair. They also mentioned that it's almost time for my reevaluation, so I could schedule that, as well. So I went this morning, had the eval and left the hearing aids. My hearing had not changed, and the loaner aids are one notch above mine, so the sound quality is noticeably better. Maybe when mine die, I'll try to upgrade a bit.

> Oh, there's another perk, as well. If you refer someone to them and they get hearing aids, you get $250, which you can apply as a credit toward something in the future or get as a check. I've referred three people so far--all very happy--and another friend is going in. If she also gets hearing aids, I will have recovered a third of the original cost!
