I knew Fromberg+ when he was at the Cathedral in Houston. He was still in
the closet then. He outed himself in an article in the Houston Chronicle on
his last Sunday in Texas.

He's a super cool guy and a great preacher. I walked over to the cathedral
for the noon Eucharist wherever I could. It was a major benefit of working
downtown.

Yes, of course you're correct.

An interesting information is that  Fromberg+ is openly gay,  which
is no surprise for clergy in San Francisco.

Another factoid is that retiring +Bruno faces an inquiry
in the matter of the use of funds which the Diocese of LA received
from the closure of a parish.
