If someone does not receive Meals on Wheels (delivered by volunteers) 
and so develops malnutrition-related conditions what would be the cost 
of the more intensive support they would need? As for cuts to the EPA, 
has anybody whispered Flint in his ear? Prevention is better (and a 
whole lot cheaper) than dealing with the results. On purely pragmatic 
and financial grounds a number of his actions do not make sense.

Roger, who is another of those planning not to visit the USA again any 
time soon.
