[Magdalen] Wiring cash when it's a real emergency

Oops---doing email on iPad can be tricky! Scott, if he has a Walmart nearby
where he is, there's an easier way than Western Union these days. You can
send up to $400 using your debit card by doing a Walmart-to-Walmart
transfer from their money services desk. Family and I have done this quite
successfully from time to time. Of course this presumes you have a Walmart
close to you, which you may not in Chicago. But it's handy to know about.
You go to their money services desk, full out a form, and there's a charge
of $9. The other party picks it up at a WalMart near them. Western Union
pickups are not nearly as ubiquitous as Walmarts these days.
