[Magdalen] Still sick

Part of the problem is I shouldn't take much sudafed because of my
blood pressure and I'm allergic to guiafensin, the expectorant in
cough syrup!  Medication options are limited unless this calls for
antibiotics and I'm not sure that it does.  This may just call for the
laying on of trusted medical hands!
