Re: defending the unborn: Should the occasion permit you might remind them that you've vowed to uphold the doctrine, discipline, and worship of the Episcopal Church and TEC has supported a woman's right to choose abortion since the 1960s. 

Best of luck with all this. Glad you're in the position to say, "if you're unhappy you don't have to ask me back". Very freeing
