McGill is in Montreal; its major rival is the University of Toronto, although there are many other first-rate Canadian universities -- Gail would know more than I.  McGill is certainly world rank and likely the best university in Canada.  And Montreal is gorgeous.

Will check out Levitin, although chemo brain makes thinking difficult.  To quote one of my favourite LOL cats, "I cannot brain today. I has the dumb."

I'm sure Cohen was a McGill grad.  He was a Montrealer born and bred.
