Ah yes, but he had a Muslim name--reason enough to detain him, dontcha think? According to the account, they kept asking him where he got his name...
I agree that they were just bullying him because they could, but they could because that bullying had just been permitted--nay, encouraged--by an executive order!  
The floodgates have been opened...
